The agreement covers the supply of a complete railway signalling system, with equipment certified to the highest international level of reliability The solution will enhance safety and operational efficiency in the yard by improving control of train movements, providing real-time visibility of track occupancy and supporting more efficient train allocation The new Mauá Norte Yard, located between Mauá and Capuava stations on Line 10-Turquoise, was built by CPTM and includes six new tracks for shunting, train formation and stabling of trainsets The project includes installation, testing, commissioning and integration with the existing systems in adjacent areas and will be completed in 18 months 15 July 2026 - Alstom, global leader in smart and sustainable mobility, announces the signing of a contract with Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM) for the supply and implementation of the railway signalling system for the new Mauá Norte Yard, which is part of Line 10-Turquoise. The yard, located between Mauá and Capuava stations, was built by CPTM and includes six new tracks for operational shunting, train formation and stabling of trainsets outside operating hours.
