ALROSA : АLROSA Receives Expected eAAA(RU) Credit Rating for New Bond

About this update from Alrosa
7 Sep 2026 Investors ACRA has assigned an expected eAAA(RU) credit rating to ALROSA's Series 002P-03 exchange-traded bonds. The issue volume will be at least RUB 20 billion, with a maturity of 1.5 years. The preliminary placement date is September 11, 2026. The expected rating of the issue is in line with ALROSA's AAA(RU) credit rating with a Stable outlook. ACRA regards the issue as the Company's senior unsecured debt and rank pari passu with ALROSA's other existing and future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations. According to the agency, ALROSA's strong creditworthiness is underpinned by the Company's strong operating profile, leading global positions in terms of rough diamond production and available resources, strong corporate governance and large business scale. ACRA analysts also highlight the Company's low leverage and very strong liquidity. "The assignment of an expected rating at the highest level of the national scale confirms the strong assessment of ALROSA's financial resilience and its ability to meet its debt obligations on time. The new bond issue will enable the Company to effectively manage the structure and cost of its debt financing further," said Yulia Shkurat, ALROSA Deputy CEO for Economics and Finance. Bookrunners of the issue are Alfa-Bank, VTB Capital Trading and Gazprombank. The final terms of the issue will be determined following the completion of the orderbook.
