Pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time and company''s code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed for the purpose of consideration of financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025 from 01st July 2025 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results to the stock exchange.
