Pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, as amended from time to time and company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed w.e.f. Wednesday, the 01st January 2025 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter/nine months ending 31st December, 2024 and becoming generally available.
