Pursuant to regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed for the purpose of consideration of financial results for the period ended september 30, 2025 from october 01, 2025 until expiry of 48 hours after declaration of financial results to the stock exchange.
