Marks First Tungsten Production at Sangdong Since 1993

· Issued by Almonty Industries Inc.

Almonty Industries has marked a historic milestone at its Sangdong Mine in South Korea, with the first tungsten produced at the operation since 1993. The milestone represents the culmination of years of development, construction and commissioning at Sangdong, and marks a defining moment for the Almonty team and the local community.

Members of the Sangdong workforce gathered at the processing facility to commemorate the occasion, alongside the first production from the newly operational mine. Sangdong is central to Almonty's strategy of establishing secure, diversified sources of tungsten outside the traditional global supply base.

Lewis Black - President & CEO of Almonty Industries commented:

"Thirty-three years. That is how long it has been since tungsten was last produced at Sangdong. Today, seeing our team standing together with the first tungsten produced from the mine again is difficult to put into words. A project like this is never built by one person. It takes engineers, operators, contractors, partners, local communities and a team willing to keep going through every difficult stage of development.

Sangdong is producing tungsten again. I am immensely proud of the people who made this possible - and grateful to everyone who stayed with us on the journey. This is a significant day for Almonty, for Sangdong and for the future of secure tungsten supply."

A historic milestone for Almonty Industries and the Sangdong Mine in South Korea.
