The Company, together with its Italian operating subsidiaries, is actively working to complete the audit of its 2025 consolidated financial statements. Once finalized, ATMH will have audited financial statements for both fiscal years 2024 and 2025. This represents an important milestone in strengthening the Company’s financial reporting and preparing for the next phase of its development.
ATMH continues to focus on the consolidation and integration of its core European operations, with particular attention to its primary Italian subsidiaries: NS12 S.p.A., Timatica S.r.l., and Metis S.p.A.
The Company expects to provide further updates by early September regarding new products, strategic partnerships, and potential joint ventures currently under evaluation.
