Mr Steenhof also serves as the Company's General Counsel. Mr Steenhof has extensive knowledge of the energy and resources sector, with nearly two decades of experience in resources law at leading international law firms and industry. Mr Steenhof's most recent General Counsel and Company Secretary role was at Resolute Mining Limited . During this time, he played key roles in an extensive range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, projects and corporate governance and advisory. The Company also advises that Mr Dennis Wilkins has resigned as Joint Company Secretary. Mr Nic Earner, Managing Director and CEO, on behalf of the board, thanks Mr Wilkins for his valued contribution to the Company over the past eight years. Ms Julia Beckett continues in her role as Joint Company Secretary.
