Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 7,50,00,000 (Seven Crore Fifty Lakhs) Fully Convertible Equity Warrants convertible into Equity Shares to 2 allottees on August 18, 2026 at an issue price of Rs. 4.00/- per warrant including a premium of Rs. 3.00/- per warrant on preferential basis in fifth tranche in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
