NEW YORK, June 26, 2015 (OTCMarkets Disclosure & News Service) – Alexandria Advantage Warranty Company (OTCMarkets/Pinksheets: AAWC) is announcing today that the Company has received pre-approval from a Newport Beach, California lender for a revolving credit facility.
While due diligence and finalization of the lending paperwork must still be completed, the Company has received pre-approval for a $1,000,000 credit facility, and will work diligently to complete all items remaining to have the credit facility in place as soon as possible.
The Company anticipates being able to use this credit facility to help grow its current car warranty business, and, should the Company be able to complete its merger, the letter of intent for which was announced Monday, June 22, 2015, then the Company will be in a position to help potential franchisees through the credit facility.
