Inside information according to Article 17 MAR Redaktion | 11.06.2024 19:15 Further changes in the Supervisory Board at the next Annual General Meeting Mr. Franz-Bernd Daum, current member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alexanderwerk AG, has notified the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of Alexanderwerk AG that he is resigning from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board and thus also as Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from the end of the next Annual General Meeting. A proposal to elect a member of the Supervisory Board as successor to the retiring member will be submitted to the Company's next Annual General Meeting for a resolution. The Supervisory Board will then elect a new Chairman from among its members.
