OTC Disclosure & News Service ACCESS WIRE 04/08/2015 10:00:00PM - Alaska
Pacific Energy Corporation, (OTC PINK: ASKE) President Dominick Falso is
reporting that the company has entered into final negotiations to acquire a
Bermuda Based Iron Ore Company, as a wholly owned subsidiary. While the
transaction is yet to be closed, Alaska Pacific Energy has already sent
final closing documents to the aforementioned parties of the Bermuda PLC.
President of ASKE Dominick Falso states “ We need to move the company
forward, with a new Chief Executive and team, in a way, that provides the new
prospective management with the control to make decisions. Our intent is to
obviously complete this transaction as soon as possible with a goal of closing within ten days.
We have sent closing documents through a turn around consulting firm that we have retained to identify
potential acquisition targets. We realize the final decision still lies in
the balance, but we feel confident and accordingly are going to move forward with a control block change
and a new CEO; and I will be stepping down from the President's office. We feel this will
begin to building value in the company.
We have some interesting opportunities before us right now and the
objective is to enhance share holder equity with a prospective target,”
said Dominick Falso. “Naturally we want to close this latest transaction,
because we are comfortable with the insiders, and stock holders of the
private entity. Final terms will be disclosed upon closing, but suffice it
to say, there will be a new CEO, President and controlling shareholder to move the
company forward in the new direction, which we believe will repair investor
confidence in the stock. "
