(OTC PINK: ASKE) is pleased to announce that in keeping with the structural & formation changes in the company, Dominick Falso will no longer serve the company in any capacity moving forward. Greg Bourque, the Vice President Of Green Seed Innovation LLC, will serve as the CEO of the public company effective immediately. Mr Bourque will also assume the reigns of CFO of Alaska Pacific Energy Corp, because of his Accounting background.
The company will be making further announcements as it rounds out its Board Of Directors to meet the new demands of acquiring and enhancing shareholder equity. Greg Bourque believes that a complete change in management will spur the company to greater heights as it seeks to acquire more subsidiaries and assets for the balance sheet. "Changes have to be made, said Mr Bourque, " and there are many more on the way that will help repair shareholder confidence. I am the beginning of this change but by no means the end. Our goal as a company is to start generating revenues from our subsidiaries and to buy value wherever we can and pass some of the profits off to the stockholders to the best of our ability."
