(OTC PINK: ASKE) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary of Green Seed Innovations Inc, Hemp Heels International Inc has consummated an exclusive strategic alliance with Village Bread & Bagels, a Jacksonville bakery, to furnish the finished hemp based bread products and hempdog to its prospective future clients in the state of Florida. (www.villagebreadcafe.com) Currently the hemp based food business is a $90M Market and growing at 10% per year. (www.thehia.org/HIAhemppressreleases/4010402) Village Bread & Bagels has a state of the art 100,000 sq ft bakery, a fleet of 15 trucks, and can meet the demand for supply that future big box retailers/wholesalers of those products may shelve. Village Bread & Bagels believes in the notion of fresh to shelf but will also provide Hemp Heels International Inc with a fresh to frozen option so as to extend the shelf life of the ten (10) or hemp based bread products going to market.
Pursuant to this relationship, Hemp Heels International Inc can now aggressively pursue sales knowing that it can meet its clients orders in a timely manner. Greg Bourque, a Company spokesperson said that the company's sales are dependent on the relationships they forge with bakeries in other states as the company seeks to develop a regional and national strategy.
