Subject: Acquisition of 50% Stake in Mosalarko OJSC
As announced on 18.11.2021, it was decided to conduct an appraisal report for Mosalarko OJSC, located in Russia, whereas the company owns an estate at Marksistskaya Road, No.16, 109147 Moscow/Russia.
Following this announcement, necessary valuation study has been conducted and the appraisal value for the company reached 16.289.536 US Dollar dated back to 06.12.2021.
In its Board meeting held on 17.12.2021, the board resolute to acquire 50% stake in Mosalarko OJSC from Alarko Holding in return for 8.000.000 US Dollar. The payment is determined to be made in cash during the transfer of the rights.
