We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting held on Monday 28" April 2025 at 11:00 AN at Head Office of the Company at Al-Khair House, 43-T, Gulberg II, Lahore recommended the following:-

(i) CASH DIVIDEND:

Cash Dividend for the quarter ended 31-03-2025 @ NIL per share i.e. NIL9u interim Dividend has already been paid at Rs. NIL per share i.e. NIL%.

BONUS ISSUE

It has also been fecommended by the Board of Directors to issue bonus shares in the proportion of NIL shares of every NIL shares held i.e. NIL% . The bonus shares will be entitled / not entitled for the right shares.

The Board has also recommended to issue VIII % Right shares at par / at a premium of Rs. NIL per share in proportion of IIL shares of every NIL shares.

(iv) ANY OTHER ENTITLEf•lENT:

The financial results of the company are attached as per Annexure "A".

We will be sending you 3 copies of printed accounts for distribution amongst the members of the Exchange in due course of time.
