Dividend payment ex-date of AS Linda Nektar

AS Linda Nektar (trading code LINDA, ISIN code EE3100060344) informs that, according to the resolutions of the General Meeting, dated 24.04.2025, the list of shareholders entitled to dividends shall be fixed on 20^th November 2025, as at the end of the working day of Nasdaq CSD Estonian Settlement System. Therefore, the dividend payment ex-date is on 19^th November 2025. From that date, the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends that will be payable on 5^th December 2025.

AS Linda Nektar will pay dividends to the shareholders in the amount of 0.03 euro per share on 5^th December 2025.
