AS Linda Nektar - Change of First North Adviser
AS LHV Pank acts as the multilateral trading facility adviser to AS Linda Nektar. AS Linda Nektar and AS LHV Pank have agreed to terminate the First North Multilateral Trading Facility adviser agreement on 30 September 2026.
Pursuant to Section 3.5 of the First North Multilateral Trading Facility Rules, the issuer is required to enter into an agreement with a certified adviser. Accordingly, AS Linda Nektar has entered into a new adviser agreement with Ellex Raidla Advokaadibüroo OÜ, which will act as the adviser of AS Linda Nektar as of 1 October 2026.
