Aker Solutions ASA refers to its second-quarter 2026 financial report published
on July 14, 2026. As disclosed in the report, US GAAP financial information for
SLB OneSubsea was not available at the time of publication but has now been made
available in connection with the release of SLB's second-quarter results.

· EBITDA: USD 170 million
· EBITDA margin: 17.2%
· Net income before PPA: USD 105 million
