Subject: Re: Unusual movement in price and volume of the shares of Aisha Steel Mills Limited - Preference Shares ("ASLPS")
This is with reference to your letter bearing No. PSX/Gen-658 dated 4" June 2026 in connection with the subject cited above. The Company is asked to clarify regarding the observation of Exchange about the unusual movement in the price and volume of ASLPS during the preceding period.
In this respect, we would like to state that we are not aware of any specific reason / development in terms of Section 97 of the Securities Act, 2015 and clause 5.6.3 of PSX Regulations, which may have resulted in unusual movement in the price and volume of Aisha Steel Mills Limited - Preference Shares (ASLPS).
The Company is completely aware of and will continue to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
