Most cities in China have gradually relaxed the logistics control over the
epidemic compared with this April. The daily shipment amount in the first
half of May hit a record high. As we predicted, the adverse impact of the
epidemic control on shipments is a short-term phenomenon, and the demand is
only deferred to the coming weeks; and because the number of working days in
this month decreased by 16% compared with this March, the monthly revenue in
this month did not reach a new high but decreased by 5% compared with March.
Although the impact of the epidemic is still uncertain, the current orders
are still higher than the shipments. The company still has a positive market
demand expectation in the future, so it maintains a 110% utilization rate to
increase the inventory to meet the demand. The shipment from the battery
industry, auto industry, energy and lighting equipment and electronic
industry had a higher growth rate, the consolidated revenue in May 2022 was
RMB 601,257 thousand dollars, a 17% increased YoY, in terms of New Taiwan
Dollar was TWD 2,650,385 thousand dollars, a 19% increased YoY; consolidated
revenue from January to May 2022 was RMB 2,579,618 thousand dollars, a 6%
increased YoY, in terms of New Taiwan Dollar was TWD 11,424,118 thousand
dollars, an 8% increased YoY.
