AMMC Approval of a prospectus regarding the subscription offer of AIRBUS SE shares reserved for the group employees Rabat, March 05 th ,2026 The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) informs the public that on March 05 th , 2026, it has approved a prospectus regarding the subscription offer of AIRBUS SE shares reserved for group employees. The total number of shares allocated under the offer is 3 500 000 shares. The subscription price is 200,65 euros (2 170,41 dirhams). However, if the price turns out to be higher than the closing price of the Airbus share on April 1 st , 2026, the subscription price will be equal to the closing price of the share on April 1 st , 2026. In Morocco, this offering targets the employees of the following subsidiaries: Airbus Atlantic Maroc, Airbus Atlantic Maroc Composites, Airbus Defence and Space Maroc and Airbus Atlantic Maroc Aero. The subscription period will take place, in Morocco, between March 06 th and March, 12 th 2026. The prospectus is supplemented by the following: AIRBUS SE's 2024 annual report ; AIRBUS SE's 2025 annual report ; The information document for the ESOP 2026, exempted from the AFM approval, in accordance with European Regulation 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of June 14 th , 2017; The bylaws of AIRBUS group employee's shareholding plan 2026 (ESOP 2026).
