We hereby announce that we expect it will be difficult to disclose our financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, within 45 days after the end of the fiscal year, as described below. Reason for the Delay in Disclosure of Financial Results
As announced in the "Notice Regarding Receipt of the Investigation Report from the Special Investigating Committee and Future Actions" dated March 31, 2026, we have received the investigation report from the Special Investigating Committee.
Based on the contents of the report, we are currently conducting more rigorous and comprehensive verification of the appropriateness of accounting treatments, as well as voluntary inspections, across a large number of consolidated subsidiaries on an ongoing basis.
Given the size of the Group and the wide range of transactions and accounting treatments subject to review, the confirmation of individual transactions and supporting documents, as well
as the verification of accounting treatments, require considerable time and effort.
In light of the progress of these verification and inspection procedures, we expect that additional time will be required to finalize its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, including reflecting the impact of the above procedures.
