We are pleased to inform you that the interim cash dividend (D-6) @ Rs.2.50 per share, i.e. 25% for the half year ended December 31, 2024 has been credited electronically into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders of the Air Link Communication Limited on March 24, 2025.
In pursuance to Regulation No. 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017 read with section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, the dividend payment to shareholders who have not provided their valid IBAN and CNIC, has been withheld and these dividends will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
