Disclosure of Material Information - Disruption of RLNG Supply and Suspension of Operations

Dear Sir,

Under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, (the "Act") and Clause 5.6.1. of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange ("PSX"), we are pleased to convey the following information:

This is to inform you that Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has officially communicated to us regarding a "Potential Event of Force Majeure" declared by the LNG supplier. Tlais situation arises from the ongoing regional conflict in the Middle East, which has disrupted LNG production facilifies and subsequently affected LNG supply in the country.

Due to this unforeseen development beyond reasonable control, SNGPL has informed that RLNG supply to our fertilizer plant shall stand suspended with effect from 00:00 hours on March 04, 2026, until further notice. Conse‹juently, our Urea plant operations are shutdown, until further notice.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the subject cited above.

In this context, it is highlighted that PSO has informed about notification of "Potential Event of Force Majeure" by the LNG supplier affecting its production facilities, which may impact its ability to perform its obligations under the relevant agreements. As a result of the uncertainty surrounding supplier's LNG production, LNG supply in the Country has been disrupted.

The situation is beyond reasonable control of SNGPL and materially & adversely affects our ability to supply RLNG to your plant. Under the circumstances, it is informed that RLNG supply to your fertilizer plant shall stand suspended with effect from 00:00 hours on 04.03.2026, until further notice.

We are continuously monitoring the situation and shall endeavor to minimize the disruption of RLNG supply to the extent possible in coordination with government designated buyers of LNG. You are requested to make necessary arrangements at your end accordingly.
