Disclosure of Material Information - AGRITECH LIMITED ("AGL" or the "Company") Dear Sir,

Under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, (the "Act") and Clause 5.6.1. of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange ("PSX"), we hereby convey the following information:

"The Government of Pakistan has approved the allocation of gas from the Ghazij / SIiawa1 discoveries in the Mari Field, located at Daharki, District Ghotki, Sindh, to Agritech Limited's fertilizer plant at Daud Khel.

Under the said approval, 50 MMscfd of raw gas, equivalent to approximately 38 MMscfd of processed gas, has been allocated to Agritech Limited.

The raw gas shall be delivered at the Mari gas field delivery point at the applicable wellhead price as notified by OGRA from time to time. The Company shall enter into a Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) with Mari Energies Limited.

Agritech Limited shall arrange for gas processing, compression and transportation of processed gas to its plant site by entering into Third Party Access (TPA) arrangements with the Sui gas companies in accordance with the Third-Party Access Rules. 2015 and the Pakistan Gas Network Code."
