AGRI-DYNAMICS, INC., (OTC Markets: AGDY); shares it's prospects in the mining industry with great potential for production in Arizona

It was in 2006 when Joseph Amram had put his attention to finding particular mines and mining claims in America to acquire. During that time numerous hours had been invested in finding mines in historical locations near towns and cities in the west of the United States. "It was obvious that the smartest thing was not to necessarily look for new undiscovered precious metal claims, which honestly isn't even easy for the big boys, but to look for mining claims in locations that had proven rich precious metal deposits previously found. Why start from scratch? I knew for a fact that some of these claims had not been worked to their entirety and therefore they still had untapped value in not only the mine itself but in the old tailings that surrounded them. So I set out to rediscover the rich mining history of this country and connect with those that shared the same interests as me in mining and precious metals and I was absolutely astounded by what I had found." states Joseph Amram.

The goal then, as it still is today, was to find mine owners that had a mine with real precious metals of value to acquire or partner with, with a goal of getting production started. Quite a lot were available then all across the United States and many can still be found today. "Of all the ones I had found then, there was a number that really interested me but only a few really stood out, especially in the state of Arizona. One of the most prolific was in the Congress area where we were looking at due to the numerous mining claims located there having made men very rich. I had met a fellow who was living in a camper near one of the claims he was working on. I had spent quite a bit of time with him and discussed the various claims that he and his partners had. One claim, in particular, had been mined for platinum and palladium and he had shown me a large raw mineralized specimen that was only a fragment of the larger piece that they had found on the property. I was quite impressed, as this extremely unique and exquisite piece, that this man had in his hand was worth approximately $20,000 in 2015 not recognizing its value as a true specimen of a natural mineralized state PBM. Later that month before I had left the state I had met one of his other partners and discussed a possible venture of which they were quite open in working something out for the benefit of us all. I was then and still am right now, quite hopeful at what can be accomplished within a reasonably short period of time with just the right amount of planning for the proper use of available company resources."

That mine in the Congress Arizona area is only one in a number discovered in the state. "Another wonderful and gracious man I have come to admire and respect took me to see some of the claims that he and his family have been holding since the time of his grandfather, who had worked a famous mine in the Quartzite area in southern Arizona near some seriously prolific mines. We went roaming in his Toyota FU 4x4 over very rough terrain to visit numerous claims that they had in the area where I had viewed first hand a large amount of mining excavation that had been done there previously. A few of the entrances were 10's of feet across and reaching various depths, some of them hundreds of feet deep. It was obvious to me that no one would have expended the vast resources that were necessary to accomplish the mining work I had personally witnessed. Definitely, vast quantities of minerals had been taken out of the earth at these locations and it was all worth their while. Research into news articles and the filed mining reports made for those locations should verify what was mined, how much, its values and by whom. The question that one would have to ask is whether there are more minerals there that had not yet been discovered. Possibly not directly where mining had been previously done but in the vicinity where intersecting geological formations would indicate that area, having remained as of yet untouched, which my guide had shown me as to where he believes lies deposits still within the boundaries of his claims. Sampling and testing would reveal much more and I look forward to being able to do so in the future. My new friend was quite amenable to the prospect of working together to find out if there are minerals there and we have a close friendship to this day."

During the years Joseph Amram has revisited Arizona numerous times, spending many months there at a time spending time with these men, visiting more claims and doing research and finding additional mining claims with considerable potential. One of those included 4 claims near Wickenburg, another very well known historic mining town that had made many men quite wealthy. These particular claims total 120 acres near the legendary Vulture Mine which is partially owned by a man residing in Phoenix Arizona who had worked the claims and extracted gold from them utilizing very simple methods. This man, whose name, like the others are withheld for now for the protection of the company. This man is a professional contractor and has been building an advanced self recirculating trommel of his own design that will be put into use once it is complete. Pictures will be posted on the company website for the public to see once it is complete. Trommels of this nature though not as advanced can be valued in excess of $300,000. In addition to that claim, another is near Kingman in a very historic area where over 100 mines are located and a considerable amount of gold, silver, copper as well as rare earth and other elements have been recovered. Ore with vast amounts of precious metals was shipped via train to California for processing and refining in the 1800s. Mining is still active near this small mining town where precious metals are still being recovered today and AGRI-DYNAMICS, INC., (OTC Markets: AGDY) has mining rights to a claim located there and looking to start production in this and other areas as soon as funding is raised. "We are in the middle of completing a deal BEH, where the company will have the capital to do what we had been planning from the beginning. The only question BH is whether we will hopefully have it started early this year. We are currently working diligently in having the agreements necessary completed in time and we will inform our investors as to our progress." states Joseph Amram. "This is a really big deal for us which we have been working on for a while even before I became CEO of AGRI-DYNAMICS and I will be quite happy once it is complete. This will be a serious game changer for the company and all of the early investors which helped fund the operations of the company all these years."
