Proposal No. 1 Partial Amendments to Articles of Incorporation (Part 1) This proposal was approved and resolved as originally proposed.
Proposal No. 2 Partial Amendments to Articles of Incorporation (Part 2) This proposal was approved and resolved as originally proposed.
Proposal No. 3 Appointment of One (1) Executive Director
This proposal was approved and resolved as originally proposed, and Nobuaki Seki was appointed as Executive Director
Proposal No. 4 Appointment of Two (2) Supervisory Directors
This proposal was approved and resolved as originally proposed, and
Akifumi Togawa and Itaru Toyoshima were appointed as Substitute Executive Directors.
