Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 13 April 2011 and the convertible loan (Convertible Loan) for the sum of US$2,500,000 granted by the Company to M2B World Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd (M2B).
The conversion of the Convertible Loan to equity interest in M2B will lapse on 7 July 2011, following which, it is due for repayment. The Company has received a request from M2B to extend the repayment period of the Convertible Loan. The Board is evaluating the request. The Company will update shareholders once decision is made by the Board.
