Aegis Vopak Terminals to issue 3-year bonds, bankers say

India's Aegis Vopak Terminals plans to raise at least 6.6 billion rupees ($74.5 million) through the sale of bonds maturing in three years, three bankers said on Tuesday.It will pay coupon of 6.92% p.a. on a quarterly basis, and has invited commitment bids for the issue on Thursday, they said. The bonds will have a call and a put option on November 9, 2026 and November 9, 2027, respectively. The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
