The Board of Directors of Advanced Petrochemical Company during its meeting on 03/09/2014 has approved the revised dividend distribution policy to be on a quarterly basis. The Board of Directors also recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the third quarter of 2014 amounting to SR 0.75 per share in addition to SR 0.25 per share as an extraordinary dividend as a one-of event due to additional profit from the Company's investments in Saudi equity market. Details of dividend distribution are as follows:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 163.99 million.
2.Divided per share SAR 1.
3.Divided represent 10% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on by the end of the day 30/09/2014.
5.Details of dividend distribution date : will be announced later.
