Change of Catalist Sponsor

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Advanced Holdings Ltd. (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Company has appointed Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited ("Evolve") as its new continuing sponsor, in place of the current continuing sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited ("UOB Kay Hian") with effect from 1 June 2026. The change of continuing sponsor is due to commercial reasons.

Pursuant to Rule 228(5) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist (the "Catalist Rules "), UOB Kay Hian has confirmed that as at the date of this announcement and based on information available to UOB Kay Hian, it is not aware of any noncompliance with the Catalist Rules by the Company that has not been brought to the attention of Evolve. UOB Kay Hian has also made itself available for discussion with Evolve as required under Rule 228(3) of the Catalist Rules.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to record its appreciation to UOB Kay Hian for its past guidance and sponsorship.
