The Board Adopted Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended as on 31st March, 2025 along with report of statutory Auditors.2. Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in terms of the Audit reports with unmodified opinion.3.
