We wish to inform you that in terms of the provisions of sub regulation 1 of Regulations 9 of SEBI (PIT) Reg. 2015, and in terms of the company''s code of conduct to regulate, Monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window of the company for all Director''s KMP''s designated employees and their immediate relatives is closed from immediate effect (i.e. 01st January, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2024.
