Subject: Notice of election of a new Chairman of the Supervisory Board
The company Adris grupa d.d., based in Rovinj (the City of Rovinj - Rovigno), Vladimira Nazora 1, OIB: 82023167977 (hereinafter: "Company"), pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc., hereby publishes the following information:
The Supervisory Board of the Company held a meeting on 22 December 2020, at which it passed a decision electing MSc Ante Vlahovic from Rovinj, Tina Ujevica 11, OIB: 77363962568, as the President of the Supervisory Board of the Company starting from 1 January 2021.
The current President of the Supervisory Board, Mr Rino Bubicic from Rovinj, Lamanova 6, OIB: 24436416951, continues to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board.
