Admission to Trading
Beazley plc announced the admission of 70,632 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, bringing the total number of shares in issue to 601,533,666. These new shares, which are fully fungible with existing ordinary shares, were admitted under existing block admissions between June 1 and June 30, 2026, primarily related to the company's employee share schemes.
