25 June 2024 Rolls-Royce Holdings plc   ADMISSION OF SHARES   Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 88,200,000 Ordinary shares of 20p each (Shares) to be admitted to the Official List.  Admission of the Shares is expected on 27 June 2024.
