On 15 July 2026, the Company announced the proposed allotment and issue of new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") in connection with a placing, South African placing and retail offer. Following the admission to trading of those New Ordinary Shares, the following additional information is disclosed in accordance with The Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024 (POATRs) PRM 1.6.4R.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), the Company's total issued share capital as at 5 August 2026 consists of 1,366,721,113 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"). The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 1,366,721,113.

The above figure of 1,366,721,113 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
