Admicom has on 12 December, 2024 completed the acquisition of Bauhub Oü which was announced on 3 December, 2024 . The adjustment of the guidance is related to the impact of the acquisition on Admicom’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. Financial guidance related to total revenue and adjusted EBITDA remains unchanged. n New financial guidance for 2024 (as of 12 December, 2024) n Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is expected to grow in 2024 by 8-11%. ARR in 2023 was 32.5 million euros . n Total revenue is expected to grow from 2023 level.
