Sub: Intimation for Closure of Trading Window
Dear Sir / Madam,
We would like to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the designated persons which includes all Directors and Employees of the Company from July 01, 2024 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the Quarter ending on June 30, 2024 to the public (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, all designated persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
