His resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company and his last working day with the Company will be October 30, 2024 (close of business hours).
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and the resignation letter as received from Mr. Pradeep Sharma is enclosed as Annexure - I & Annexure - II respectively.
