Bridgewater Interiors' (Adient JV) Sheila James named to Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame 8/17/26 Sheila James, vice president of operations for Adient JV Bridgewater Interiors, has been named a 2026 inductee into the Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame. The Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame recognizes women whose careers have made a significant and lasting impact on manufacturing. Honorees are recognized not only for their professional achievements, but also for their leadership, mentorship and commitment to advancing opportunities for women across the manufacturing industry. The Women in Manufacturing Association (WIM) is a global trade association dedicated to supporting, promoting and inspiring women who have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry. James was most recently the Plant Manager at Bridgewater Interiors' location in Lansing, Michigan. Bridgewater is one of the leading automotive seating manufacturing companies in the United States and a joint venture between Epsilon Technologies and Adient. In her 31 years at Adient/Bridgewater, James has worked in every facet of manufacturing specifically serving as Materials Supervisor/Lead, Prototype Materials Manager, Supply Chain Engineer, Supply Chain Management GM/Ford and Operations Manager. James serves as the EWiM chapter founder and leader and supports her co-chairs at other facilities. Congratulations!
