Considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Basude Makote & Saini, Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors of the Company. Their brief profile is enclosed herewith as Annexure I;2. Noted the remuneration paid to the Directors of the company within the limit approved at the Annual General Meeting;3. Considered and approved the changes in signatories of all the banks of the Company.
