Block Listing of Shares
Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company"), announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange PLC for a block listing of 275,000 ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
These Shares will be issued pursuant to Tate & Lyle Sharesave Plans.
When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence each. It is expected that admission will become effective on 28 February 2025.
