Additional listing of shares
Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made for the listing of a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission of the shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange is expected to occur on Thursday 12 June 2025.
These shares will be issued to satisfy awards under the rules of the Rentokil Initial plc Performance Share Plan.
