Exercise of options
Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to the
London Stock Exchange for 7,500 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to
be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will
become effective on 25th September 2007.
