F&C CAPTIAL AND INCOME INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
On 31 January 2003, F&C Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC issued 718,000
ordinary shares of 25p each. These shares were issued at 136p per share to UBS
Warburg Limited and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now
stands at 49,878,891.
Application is being made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of these
shares to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to
trading.
