This announcement is made by Add New Energy Investment Holdings Group Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.
As informed by Mr. Li Yunde ("Mr. Li"), the Chairman, executive Director and controlling shareholder of the Company, he has further acquired 1,000,000 shares of the Company ("Shares") from the market on 24 May 2019. As at the date of this announcement, Mr. Li is interested in 2,170,196,660 Shares, representing approximately 44.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
