Notice of Partial Amendment to the “Notice Concerning Completion of Additional Acquisition of API’s Investment Units by Tokyu Land Corporation”
Activia Properties Inc. (“API”) announces that it amended a part of “Notice Concerning Completion of Additional Acquisition of API’s Investment Units by Tokyu Land Corporation” announced on July 1, 2025.
Reason for the Amendment
It was found that there was an error in the description of “Number and share of API’s investment units held by the Sponsor” by receiving the notice of amendment from the Sponsor, thus API amends the said description.
