ACTIA : Q1 2026 TURNOVER

About this update from Actia Group

PRESS RELEASE Toulouse, 20 May 2026, 7:00 a.m. ACTIA GROUP: Q1 2026 TURNOVER Growth in line with objectives, driven by business diversification In Q1 2026, ACTIA Group generated consolidated turnover of €128.3 million, up 2.0% compared to the same period in 2025. As expected, the growth of the Aerospace and Energy divisions offset the persistent weakness in the Automotive sector, served by the Mobility division. During the period, France accounted for 43.6% of the Group's turnover, posting year-on-year growth of 8.0%. Internationally, business grew by 1.0%, driven by strong performance in Asia, particularly in China, which offset slowdowns observed in Europe (-1.6% excluding France) and the Americas (-4.3%). For 2026, ACTIA is still targeting a slight turnover growth of around 3%, while benefiting from the improved operational performance achieved in 2025, and continues to guide its commercial and industrial trajectory to reach €700 million in turnover in 2028. Consolidated turnover in € million, IFRS 2026 (1) 2025 Change (in € million and as %) Q1 128.3 125.8 +2.5 +2.0% of which total sales (2) 140.0 138.1 +1.9 +1.4% of which intra-group sales -11.7 -12.3 -0.6 -4.8% Unaudited data. Consolidated turnover corresponds to sales from which intra-group invoices are deducted. The Mobility Division designs and produces on-board electronic equipment and systems to address the various challenges faced by terrestrial mobility in the areas of road and rail transport, goods and passenger transport, and agriculture and construction machinery. The wide range of solutions and associated services incorporates intelligent, scalable technologies to enhance the user experience, promote the energy transition, contribute to the sustainability of vehicles, and accelerate the shift towards new generations of digital vehicles (software-defined vehicles, electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles, etc.). This division also handles the Group's EMS ( Electronic Manufacturing Services) activities, particularly in the field of home automation. Mobility Division, Sales in €M 2026 2025 Change (in € million and as %) Q1 99.1 103.4 -4.3 -4.1% In Q1 2026, the Mobility division generated sales of €99.1 million, i.e. 70.8% of Group sales, compared to 74.8% a year earlier. In a persistently tight Automotive environment, business declined by 4.1% compared to Q1 2025. The stronger performance of the Light Vehicles segment in the previous financial year continued at the start of this year. The Heavy Goods Vehicles segment remained sluggish, in line with the trends observed in 2025. Throughout 2026, however, the segment analysis must take into account contrasting comparison effects, particularly due to RED II regulatory changes, which generated anticipated orders and one-off opportunities in certain markets in 2025. Compared to Q4 2025, business grew slightly (€1.0 million / +1.0%), supported by the Special Vehicles segment, which is showing signs of recovery, beyond the effects of regulations. This momentum is fuelled in particular by ACTIA's positioning in the Software-Defined Vehicle and cybersecurity sectors. The Bus & Coach segment remained strong, particularly in Asia (sales stabilising at a high level compared to Q4 2025 and growth in Turkey), both compared to the end of last year and Q1 2025. In the rail sector, business returned to growth after several months of low activity, and the R&D efforts that led to recent commercial successes remain robust. ACTIA is anticipating a low point in 2026 and a recovery in 2027 thanks to multi-year contracts already signed for production starting next year, particularly in the fields of power management, new electronic architectures for vehicles and Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV). In March 2026, ACTIA joined the Eclipse Foundation, an international organisation based in Brussels with over 300 members, to contribute to the work being done on open-source, industry-ready, and sustainable SDV. At a time when software is redefining automotive ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..……………. The Aerospace Division designs and manufactures on-board electronic systems for Aeronautics and Space, as well as complete, integrated solutions for satellite telecommunications. Aerospace Division, Sales in €M 2026 2025 Change (in € million and as %) Q1 19.4 15.8 +3.5 +22.3% In Q1 2026, the Aerospace division generated sales of €19.4 million, a 22.3% increase compared to Q1 2025. It represents 13.8% of Group's sales. This growth confirms the positive momentum seen in the business, particularly in space and Earth stations, both in France and across Europe. With more than 30 active customers, the division is reinforcing its position as a systems integrator, based on a high-value-added integrated offering. In early 2026, following a lengthy tender process, ARABSAT awarded ACTIA Aerospace the turnkey design, supply, and deployment of two critical ground segment infrastructures for ARABSAT-7A, a future software-defined satellite, in order to enhance the capacity, resilience, and flexibility of broadband services within its coverage area. ACTIA can also count on new orders related to the multi-year OneWeb programme, which incorporates on-board electronic equipment manufactured by ACTIA, including energy management and propulsion control functions. Building on its rapid progress in these strategic areas, ACTIA Aerospace joined GIFAS, the leading professional organisation in the aerospace sector, in February 2026. ACTIA is thus affirming its commitment to establishing a long-term presence in the French aerospace ecosystem, sharing its industrial expertise, and actively contributing to the collective discussions that guide the sector's evolution in order to strengthen France's competitiveness and provide appropriate and innovative solutions to the major industrial challenges of today and tomorrow. The Energy Division develops, integrates and implements innovative solutions for the management, transmission and distribution of electric power for major energy players. Energy Division, Sales in €M 2026 2025 Change (in € million and as %) Q1 9.6 8.2 +1.3 +16.1% In Q1 2026, the Energy division (6.8% of Group sales) generated €9.6 million in sales, recording a 16.1% growth. During this period, growth was concentrated in the French market, where ACTIA is involved in the multi-year (10-year) deployment programme for the new generation of PCCN 3 digital control-command centres, having already supported the two previous generations. True to its ambition for diversification, which remains essential for the division, ACTIA has implemented new business development initiatives in West Africa, specifically in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, where ACTIA Energy's solutions for improving network monitoring, increasing resilience, and reducing service interruptions can meet local needs. The Engineering Services Division designs and develops on-board products and systems, augmented with software services for the mobility and industrial sectors. Engineering Division, Sales in €M 2026 2025 Change (in € million and as %) Q1 9.5 9.2 +0.3 +3.4% In Q1 2026, the Engineering division (6.8% of Group sales) generated €9.5 million in sales, up 3.4% compared to the same period in 2025. This growth reflects the quality of services provided and the gradual expansion of the non-Group customer portfolio for the design and development of on-board systems and related software services. This first quarter also reflects a recovery in intra-Group business, with the numerous programmes that the Group must develop across all sectors. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..……………. 2026 OUTLOOK With high-volume sectors not showing any signs of recovery, ACTIA Group remains cautious about the performance of its Mobility division. Continued growth in the Aerospace and Energy divisions should, however, offset this and enable the company to post a slight increase in turnover of around 3% in 2026, while benefiting from the improvement in operational performance achieved in 2025. In a context of persistent strain on certain components of the electronic supply chain (memory chips, PCBs, semiconductors), the Group remains vigilant regarding the potential impact on inventory levels and margins, while continuing its efforts to optimise and secure supplies. Thus, despite production volumes remaining low, ACTIA is beginning to reap the benefits of its comprehensive rationalisation programme. This brings the organisation and production capacity into line with current market conditions while retaining the ability to ramp up production quickly. The various sites are gradually becoming more efficient as initiatives to conserve cash and reduce stock levels continue. The one-off restructuring costs incurred in 2025 are expected to bear full fruit in the coming years, contributing to a structural improvement in the Group's performance. A driver of innovation, the result of continuous investment, ACTIA Group is naturally moving towards Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) technologies, artificial intelligence and eco-design. Based on the actual volumes from its main large-scale production customers and with the launch of new product ranges, ACTIA Group's growth trajectory is expected to reach €700 million in turnover by 2028. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… ABOUT ACTIA Founded in 1986, the ACTIA Group is an intermediate-sized, family-owned international company with its head office in France.
